Walk Your Way to Becoming More Fit in Stylish Earth Shoes

When you think of footwear, what is your number one concern? Most people will probably reply to the above question with an answer that has something to do with comfort. After all, who wants to spend hours each day in a pair of shoes that are uncomfortable? Another thing many people value is style. But, one thing that most people probably don’t think about when considering footwear is fitness. Earth shoes happen to be the answer to becoming more fit in a stylish and comfortable pair of footwear. Who would have thought that you could reap all of these benefits from a pair of sandals, boots, platforms or many other styles?

The simple fact of the matter is that most of us who leave our homes wear shoes. Therefore, if you knew that you could wear a pair of footwear and actually tone and strengthen your muscles while burning calories, would you be interested? Most likely, yes. After all, you have everything to gain. One of the most awesome things is that you can actually be comfortable while reaping the benefits. It will take a slight adjustment to acclimate your body to wearing Earth shoes, but once you get a feel for it, you will likely be amazed at the benefits.

    I find the Negative Heel Technology (incline in the sole of the shoes) really comfy and its helped me with my back pain by improving my posture. I’d also liken it to turning up the incline on a treadmill, they really make my legs work harder and i’ve noticed a huge difference in the tone of my legs and butt! In particular i love Earth boots… i have a pair on now!
