MBTs Are Not Just Shoes

If you have been looking for footwear unlike any other you should check out MBT shoes. MBT stands for Masai Barefoot Technology. Their shoes were developed on the idea that the standard shoe is actually unhealthy for you. Typical shoes are made to create stability when you walk which ends up neglecting the muscles in your body that are meant to help you balance. MBT shoes are made with a curved sole that is unstable when you walk, hence causing your body’s natural support system to work harder to stabilize you. This action causes the muscles of your buttocks, stomach and back to strengthen. Walking in these shoes will promote good posture and give you better health overall.

You can find many different styles in MBT shoes. There are athletic, professional and casual shoes that range from boot, mid cut, low cut and sandal styles. If you are interested in a boot you may like the Tambo Chocolate for women. The Changa Cork is a great casual shoe that resembles a Maryjane. If an athletic shoe is more your choice then the M.Walk US is a great choice and comes in silver, black, pink and sky.

MBT has dubbed themselves the Antishoe because its design is so unique and is far more advanced than your standard shoe. If you are looking to make your body healthier, then try MBT shoes and feel the difference all over.

This is the first time I have heard about Masai Barefoot Technology shoes. Many shoes today are beautiful, but very uncomfortable and bad for our feet. They gives us bunions and corn. It is great that MBT gives support to the feet while strengthening our muscles.
