Born in San Mauro Pascoli, Giuseppe Zanotti continues that town’s tradition of fine shoemaking. Zanotti starts out working as a DJ but quickly realizes that is not the career for him so he transfers to the shoe industry. He decides to focus on research, line and style. In 1994, after working as a design apprentice, Zanotti ventures out on his own. He and his wife work together to build a business that allows his sense of fashion to show through while making shoes he can be proud of.
Zanotti, along with his wife Cinzia, begins a project known as Vicini. They take over a company that allows him to manufacture shoes that he dreams of. This company will center around creativity, style and research. He combines his business know how with his commitment to value, technique and quality to make footwear that are loved by women the world over. The commitment continues to this day as Zanotti designs shoes that are luxurious and stylish. He is known known as a leading design of shoes for women in his home country and around the world. From pumps to thongs and boots, there is a style out there for every woman and the price will fit into any fashionista’s budget.
