365 Day Return Policy

One such merchant, Zappos.com, features a 365-day return policy, as well as Free Shipping & Free Returns (they provide a return shipping label). This is a fantastic deal, and it allows you to “test drive” products that you may not otherwise try. Comfort brands are notorious for having different sizing than the more popular shoe brands. Many comfort brands use European sizing, and many do not offer half sizes. If you are not familiar with these sizing standards, it can be very difficult to order a pair of shoes and actually “get the size right” the first time. With Zappos, that problem is no longer a problem.
