Dansko Professional Clogs

 

The Dansko Professional Clog is the brand's flagship shoe. First sold in the US back in the 1990's, the Professional style quickly became one of the hottest shoe styles in the country and catapulted Dansko into nationwide stardom. Initially only available in Black and Brown, it was cherished for it's wonderful arch support and allowed anyone whose occupation required standing all day to do so in relative comfort. These 2 colors sold extremely well and Dansko had trouble keeping the clog in stock in those early years.

Next, Dansko began manufacturing the Professional clog in several new colors: Red, Blueberry, the shiny Black Cabrio, a dark green leather, and even a forgettable shade of yellow. Later, the company began to add Special Edition colors including but not limited to Leopard, Confetti, Swirls, Python (still a favorite), as well as many hand-painted varieties.
